The idea of Life & Endorphins began back in 2020 when a certain pandemic offered me a lot of time and I was trying to find a way to help people into achieving their goals from the comfort of their homes whether that was exercise/health goals or medicine-related goals!

When it comes to medicine and health, people often say that they are not exclusively mutual and that you can't have one AND the other. I am here to disagree. A healthy lifestyle in medicine accompanied by success IS possible. I created this page to offer medicine-related information via the med blog and further services based on your needs! Whether you are a pre-med applicant, a fourth year applying to residency or a medical student currently studying for the USMLE exams, this page was made for YOU!

Hi everyone!

I am Martina! I'm currently a second-year Internal Medicine & Pediatric medical resident & am the founder of this company which has been created for YOU!
​
I am a former Division I NCAA athlete. I played tennis competitively for over 12 years and working out has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember hence why you will find me running around the Detroit neighbourhoods in the summer! I have also lived in different parts of the world which has allowed me to see and discover many different cultures and meet wonderful people.

My goal with this website and social media in general is to share my love for medicine, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle which in turn, will help you into achieving your dreams! This platform was created to provide you with all the tools to make medical school smooth and the residency/fellowship Match process feel easy!

Hi!
I’m Adam! I’m thrilled to join the team and help to alleviate all of your residency interview woes! A bit about me: I grew up in the metro Detroit area and went to Michigan State for both undergrad and medical school (Go Green!). I’m currently a Med/Peds resident at the DMC and living my best life (well, as much as residency permits). I am a huge foodie and love trying new restaurants! To balance that I am a gym enthusiast and love to exercise to relieve stress. You’ll, also, always catch me with a book on my nightstand- currently reworking my way through the Harry Potter series!
I am excited to work with you all during your interview process! My goal is to equip you all with the tools to rock your interviews so you can end up at the program of your dreams. I believe the interview is the most fun AND most important part of applying residency. You get to be yourself while searching for the program that best suits your interests. I can’t wait to watch y’all match at your #1 choice next year!
